I am a patient of this office and both Dentists and staff are great. I had a dental emergency they were closed that Saturday when I called one of there other offices the Maple Street location picked up. That fit me in and took care of my pain. Great company and appreciate there service.

My whole family uses this office, as do some friends. None of us have never had a bad experience. The front office staff is very helpful and personable. We are given options as to appointments, and can even get someone in short-notice. My husband needed dental cleanings prior to surgery (per doctors orders, so as to avoid infection later on) and they were able to get him in with less than 24 hrs notice! The best!

Dr. Kaur's office is very close to my work and a client always talked so highly of the services at Northpointe that when it was time for me to go to the dentist, I decided to try Dr. Kaur instead of the dentist I usually go to. I don't like dentists. I'm sure there are great ones out there, but I never seem to find them. My last dentist was a jerk. So... I stopped going. For a long time. Then a few months ago I found myself pacing around the house in more pain than I've ever experienced. I had an infected, chipped tooth, and I was a wreck.
I actually had to call my insurance agent to figure out what to do because I didn't have a regular dentist anymore, and it was after 5:30. Everyone was closed. Then my agent called Northpointe on my behalf, and explained my situation. They were all packed up and ready to leave for the day, but they decided to stay and wait for me to come in.
This team, from Dr. Kaur right on through to the front desk staff, is incredible. They were fast, considerate and kind. Dr. Kaur shocked me with how good she was with a needle. That was always the worst part of going to the dentist, and I could barely feel it!
I mentioned that to the front staff and they said she was constantly complimented for that very thing. They've VERY sensitive about pain in this office, and for that alone they have my business forever. :)
Seriously, until now I never wanted to go to a dentist every again. Dr. Kaur has completely changed my mind. I've got nothing to fear at Northpointe. Thanks so much!

After an expander, root canal, two sets of braces, maxiofacial surgery and numerous other dental and orthodontic treatments, I was hesitant when my family moved to town and had to chose a new dentist. Not only did we make the right choice as a family (my husband and three-year-old also see her), but Dr. Kaur was able to calm years of severe dental anxiety that plagued me personally for years. I had an excellent experience with the team at Northpointe, which started from my first call to ask a few questions about their services. It was late in the day when I called and, unlike many businesses you call near the end of the day, the person I spoke to was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. My first appointment, (I point out first, because I will be going back) was just for a general cleaning and whitening treatment. After calling 3 other practices I was lucky enough to find Faye and one hour later I was in the chair. Because of a bad experience early on in life it had been some time since I had seen the inside of a dentist office. Very friendly personality. Her great bedside manner makes you feel comfortable and relaxed like she really knows what she's doing and you can TRUST her. Her staff was on top of things, both information as far as what was going to happen during the appointment and financially what you were going to be responsible for. She is one of the few dentists that I have found that will take both Dentalwork and insurance at the same time. After just a few appointments you feel like you are walking into meet up with your friends, as opposed to just "business associates."

Everyone in the office remembered me from my last visit and we picked up with conversation as if we were good friends. Very personable! I love the t.v. being on and was wondering if there is a way to hear it better when the teeth are being worked on. I dislike hearing the noise of the tools scraping my teeth and the buzzing sounds of the tools. I don't have an ipod, but will bring my earphones next visit in case I can tune into the t.v. and tune out the equipment noise. I love having the Dentist do all the work on my teeth rather than just walk in at the end and review my chart. Thank you.

Dr. Kaur has been the most professional as well friendly Dental Surgeon I have seen over the years. I had many bad teeths and just in 3-4 months regular visits, she gave me my smile back. The support staff is very nice and friendly too. office is clean and convenient. Once I called her during her vacation time , she treated me giving awaay her personal time. I had an excellent experience with the team at Northpointe, which started from my first call to ask a few questions about their services. It was late in the day when I called and, unlike many businesses you call near the end of the day, the person I spoke to was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. My first appointment, (I point out first, because I will be going back) was just for a general cleaning and whitening treatment. I observed that the dentist was actually very engaged with all of the patients that were there. I was impressed with my treatment and left with a feeling that they really care about the health of your teeth!

After an expander, root canal, two sets of braces, maxiofacial surgery and numerous other dental and orthodontic treatments, I was hesitant when my family moved to town and had to chose a new dentist. Not only did we make the right choice as a family (my husband and three-year-old also see her), but Dr. Kaur was able to calm years of severe dental anxiety that plagued me personally for years. Dr. Kaur is a skillful professional with all new state of the art equipment. She is able to identify a problem and fix it in the most efficient way possible. An added bonus is her friendly office staff and T.V. screens in each room - this is particularly helpful for small children.

I had a terrible pain in my tooth caused by a micro crack. I had been to dentists before who never figured it out. Dr. Kaur not only found it, but fixed it with a virtually painless root canal! I'm now completely pain free! Thanks to Dr. Kaur and the friendly staff at Northpointe Family Dentistry.

Dr. Kaur was recommended by my former dentist (not practicing anymore), and at first I was reluctant as I have had bad experiences with other dentists; however, I must say, I like Dr. Kaur and her staff better than any other dentist I have ever been to. The purpose of my first visit to Dr. Kaur was to get my crown replaced. However, instead of replacing the crown and making me to pay once again, she sent me back to my regular dentist. She also spoke to my dentist and convinced her on why the crown should be replaced. The crown which was of incorrect size and hence creating discomfort & pain due to food particles getting stuck in gaps, is now replaced and my problem is completely resolved. I never expected a support of such an extent from Dr. Kaur. I feel so grateful to her for resolving my problem. Dr. Kaur's office is very close to my work and a client always talked so highly of the services at Northpointe that when it was time for me to go to the dentist, I decided to try Dr. Kaur instead of the dentist I usually go to. I was blown away by Dr. Kaur and her staff!! They are so, so welcoming and very thorough with insurance coverage, your treatment plan, and making you feel comfortable!! They are also incredibly sensitive to pain and went above and beyond to make sure I was as close as possible to my "happy place"! Wow, I'm so pleased with the Dentist and employers. I've had so much dentist work done in the past. Unfortually it wasn't a good experience in most cases. I was struggling with finding a dentist because I became scared and very nervous. I contacted 1-800- dentist and they recommended this office. I made my appointment for Nov 15 2015. I let them know how I felt and my concern. They immediately talked to comfort me and explained that they use a mild sedative to keep me relaxed. I was so impressed and I love them all. No doubt this is my dentist for lifetime. Thank you all for all that you do. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an amazing practice of dentistry!!!

I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a kid. Ended up really paying for it with 2 teeth that got severely infected and needed to be pulled. I showed up for the appt. and the staff was very attentive to my needs and questions. When it came to the extraction of my two teeth I started to feel a little nervous but then I got the nitrous option and soon was enthralled in watching some woman on tv trying to sell houses, for some reason it was super interesting to me at that time. Anyways Dr. Rupinder came in and sat beside me, asked me if I could feel anything after a couple injections. She took real care to make sure this was a pain free and quick procedure. I thought we were just getting started until she said, and another stich here and we're done! Got both teeth out completely pain free and I'm feeling much better. She is definitely a professional and worked hard to earn my business, And in doing so will keep it. Thanks Doc, See you in January!

Was very impressed by the warm reception right from the start till my visit was over. The Assistant. (Sorry, am not good at names) explained exactly what she was doing, Dr. Kaur did an excellent job, explaing what the problem could be. Gave me best options on how to deal with my problem.
